ISM is a program that allows students to explore a topic of their choice at their own pace and discretion. Proactive mentalities, courage, curiosity, honesty, and professionalism are all core character traits that are reinforced in ISM. In addition to being able to choose their topic of study, students may also interview real professionals in their field and ask them for a mentorship. This provides ISM students with even greater insight into their topic of choice, while also teaching valuable professional skills necessary in real-life business interactions. At the end of the year, ISM students showcase their growth and work at a Final Presentation Night.
